Construction business owners, main contractors, sub-contractors, and trade business owners who want an objective, expert second opinion on their commercial position and performance.
What do I need to prepare?
We will ask for some basic financial and operational information prior to the session, including recent accounts, current project pipeline, and organizational structure to maximize our time together.
